Meeting of the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission, Istanbul, 22 February 2022
The meeting of the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission was held at the PABSEC International Secretariat on 22 February 2022. In accordance with the decision of the 58th PABSEC General Assembly, the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission was formed in the following composition: Mr. Ramin Mammadov, member of the PABSEC Azerbaijani Delegation, Mr. Petar Kanev, Head of the PABSEC Bulgarian Delegation, and Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, member of the PABSEC Georgian Delegation. Mr. Cemal Ozturk, PABSEC Vice-President in charge of Financial Matters and the Head of the PABSEC Turkish delegation, also participated in the work of the Commission. Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, Mr. Fuat Kucukaydin, Deputy Secretary General in charge of Administration and Financial Matters, and Ms. Sibel Sipahioglu, Accountant Officer, assisted the members of the Commission in their work. Mr. Petar Kanev was elected as the Chairman of the Commission. The members of the Commission discussed the implementation of the PABSEC budget in 2021 and adopted the Auditing Report. Taking into account the budget execution in 2021 and the international activities of the Assembly, the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission also prepared the draft Budget for the 2023 financial year, which will be submitted to the Meeting of the Standing Committee in the framework of the 59th General Assembly in June 2022.
