The 30th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation
26 February 2023 marks the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. The International Secretariat congratulates all the countries of the Wider Black Sea Region on this significant date, wishes prosperity, happiness and peace. The PABSEC International Secretariat has received congratulation letters from the Heads of the PABSEC National Delegations, in which they express their wish for further cooperation and note that the joint efforts of the countries in this difficult period for the Region should be aimed at strengthening cooperation and achieving peace, stability and prosperity in the Region.
