Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 25th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), in Thessaloniki, on 6 July 2023, which was chaired by Mr. Ioannis Tsakiris, Deputy Minister of Development and Investments of the Hellenic Republic.

Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, and Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, took part in the Forty-sixth Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA) of the BSEC Member States, which was held online on 13 June 2023. Mr. Ivica Dacic, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and BSEC Chairman-in Office, chaired the meeting.
